What is Metal Fabrication?
Metal fabrication is the technique of creating metal structures through a series of processes such as cutting, bending and assembling. The process typically involves a variety of raw materials, such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel and copper, from which a variety of machines, parts and structures can be produced.
This value-added process not only increases the value of the raw material, but also makes the final product more functional and adaptable.
The following are the capabilities of our sheet metal fabrication shop:
- Cutting (sheet and pipe)
- CNC bending
- Welding (manual and robot)
- Metal finishing
Custom Cut Metal
Laser cutting involves using a high-power laser beam to heat up the material quickly until it vaporizes, creating holes. As the laser moves across the material, these holes form a very narrow slit, effectively cutting through the material.
Tenral’s metal fabrication shop has advanced CNC cutting equipment for cutting plates and tubes respectively.

Sheet Metal Bend ing
Metal bending is a metal working technique used to bend flat sheet metal pieces into specific shapes such as V, U, or grooves.
TenRal’s CNC metal bending machines are capable of machining sheet metal into a variety of complex geometric shapes with high precision. Our equipment can handle sheet widths up to 4100mm, bending forces up to 2000KN and bending depths up to 400mm. This equipment uses advanced numerical control technology to ensure extremely high repeatability and stability during processing. Whether it is a simple right Angle bending or a complex multi-section curve, it can meet the requirements of different customers for product design and functionality.
Sheet Metal Welding
Metal welding is a process of joining metals by inputting high density energy (heat or pressure energy) into the interface between two workpieces to create a bond between atoms (or molecules) and join them together.
In our sheet metal fabrication shop, TenRal offers customized sheet metal welding services, both robotic and manual. Our robotic welders are capable of mass production at high speeds and with high precision. At the same time, we also provide professional hand welding services to deal with complex or special shaped parts. In some cases, manual welding allows for more flexible and detailed operations to meet customer requirements for specific designs and functions.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Materials
Each metal has its own unique physical and chemical properties that directly affect how the material behaves in different application scenarios. Therefore, choosing the right metal material is one of the most important foundations of the project.
As a leading fabricator of sheet metal, TenRal understands the properties of each metal material. When selecting metal stamping materials or sheet metal materials, we will fully consider customer requirements and application scenarios.
According to different components and processing processes, stainless steel can be divided into many types, including austenitic, stainless martensitic, duplex stainless steel and precipitation hardening stainless steel. These different types of stainless steel each have unique physical and chemical properties that make them suitable for a variety of application scenarios.
According to the addition of alloying elements, aluminum can be divided into pure aluminum and various aluminum alloys. From the 1XXX series to the 7XXX series, representing different characteristics of aluminum alloys, each series has a unique composition and use.
Copper usually refers to containing more than 99% pure copper, this high purity makes it excellent in electrical and thermal conductivity, widely used in electrical engineering, electronic components and radiators and other fields.
Brass usually refers to a metal material combined with copper and zinc, which has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. According to the classification of different proportions, brass has 3 grades, which are low zinc brass, medium zinc brass, and high zinc brass. As you can see, each type is optimized for specific needs, enabling a broader and specialized application.
Mild steel usually refers to steel with low carbon content, relatively low hardness and strength, but good ductility and toughness. Its carbon content is generally between 0.05% and 0.25%, which makes the mild steel has good workability and can be formed by a variety of ways such as cold working or hot working. Due to its excellent plasticity, mild steel can be stretched, bent and not easily broken, so it is very popular in many industrial applications. These mild steels are often used in the manufacture of some structural parts, sheets, steel wires, etc.
Galvanized steel refers to steel coated with a layer of zinc on the surface. Through galvanizing treatment, a layer of zinc protective layer can be formed on the surface of the steel, effectively preventing steel rust and corrosion, and extending the service life of the steel. There are two main ways of galvanizing: hot dip galvanizing and electric galvanizing.
Applications
More than hundreds of thousands of products are produced each year from our sheet metal fabrication shop, which are used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, mechanical equipment, construction and home appliances. Our precision sheet metal fabrication services are widely appreciated by customers for their high quality and reliability.
Quality Policy
At TenRal, quality is always the core value of the company. In order to implement this business philosophy, we have developed a comprehensive quality inspection program to ensure that every step of production meets strict standards. This program covers all stages from raw material procurement to final product delivery. When the raw materials are stored, we will carry out detailed inspection to ensure that the materials used meet the predetermined requirements.
- Raw material inspection
- Tool detection
- In-production testing
- Pre-package inspection
- Preshipment inspection
In-house tool shop
TenRal not only has a sheet metal fabrication shop, but also a dedicated sheet metal tool workshop. This tool shop is different from the stamping die shop and is mainly responsible for making simple and practical welding fixtures and measuring tools.
These fixtures play a key role in the production process, they can effectively fix the workpiece, improve the accuracy and efficiency of welding. In addition to welding fixtures, the workshop also develops various measuring tools according to the actual needs, which are used to ensure that the size and shape of the product comply with the technical specifications.
