Progressive Die Stamping
Progressive stamping is a kind of stamping process where different operations happen at the same time on a set of progressive dies during one go. This method uses multiple stations in the die that gradually work on the piece, doing things like blanking, forming, punching, and more.

In general, choosing the right type of stamping is based on the number of orders you have now and the number of orders you will have in the long run.

Prior to mass production, we produce a number of samples from the same batch and divide these samples into two parts: one for customer testing and archiving, and the other for TENRAL testing and archiving. Future mass production will be based on samples confirmed by both parties, so samples are crucial throughout the process.
