Our press shop covers an area of 2000 square meters and is equipped with more than 20 advanced press equipment covering a pressure range from 25 tons to 200 tons, which can meet the needs of various specifications and types of production. In addition to progressive stamping and deep drawing, we also customize the design according to customer requirements to suit particular industries.

For more flexible and efficient production, we have our own mold workshop. The workshop is also equipped with CNC machine tools and milling machines, which can quickly design and manufacture new molds that meet the specifications according to customer needs.

Short Run Metal Stamping

Short run metal stamping refers to the production of a small number of stamping components or prototypes in a very short period of time, usually using the inventory of tools combined into effective stamping tools, so as to achieve high efficiency, low cost production purposes. Our die shop has a large number of tools to make the initial stamping dies required by our customers.

TenRal specializes in short-term metal stamping service, typically covering batches of 200 to 30,000 pieces that can be delivered in as little as 10 days. We have more than 20 short term stamping machines ranging from 25 tons to 110 tons. This volume range allows customers to choose according to their needs, whether it is initial sample testing or small-scale production, to find the right solution.

Progressive Die Stamping

Progressive stamping is a kind of stamping process where different operations happen at the same time on a set of progressive dies during one go. This method uses multiple stations in the die that gradually work on the piece, doing things like blanking, forming, punching, and more.

TenRal has been providing progressive die stamping services for more than 15 years to meet the complex metal manufacturing needs of our customers. We have 6 progressive stamping equipment, stamping range from 60 tons to 160 tons, stamping speed can reach more than 1000 times per minute. Deep Drawing Stamping

Deep drawing ‌ is a kind of processing method that uses a blank holder ring to press the sheet material around, and then presses the sheet material into the concave die by a punch to make a deeper hollow part. This method is mainly used to make thin-walled parts with cylindrical, spherical, conical and other shapes.

TenRal specializes in metal deep drawing services and strives to meet customers’ needs for complex metal tubes and boxes. We have 6 sets of hydraulic equipment, the pressure ranges from 80 tons to 200 tons, the material thickness is between 0.3mm and 5mm, and the product depth can reach 300mm. Whether it is small batch customization or mass production, we are flexible and strive to exceed customer expectations.

According to different components and processing processes, stainless steel can be divided into many types, including austenitic, stainless martensitic, duplex stainless steel and precipitation hardening stainless steel. The lead time for stamping components is based on the number and complexity of the order.

The lead time of TenRal’s progressive stamping die is 30-40 days, the lead time of single-stroke stamping is 15-20 days, the lead time of composite die is 20-30 days, and the lead time of deep drawing die is 20-30 days.

In general, choosing the right type of stamping is based on the number of orders you have now and the number of orders you will have in the long run.

If your current order quantity is less than 50,000 pieces, and there is no long-term order plan, then choose single stroke stamping is the most appropriate solution.

If your current order quantity is greater than 50,000 pieces, and you have a clear long-term order plan, then choose progressive stamping is the best solution.

Of course it will. Prior to mass production, we produce a number of samples from the same batch and divide these samples into two parts: one for customer testing and archiving, and the other for TENRAL testing and archiving. Future mass production will be based on samples confirmed by both parties, so samples are crucial throughout the process.
